We’re currently looking for someone to join our Sales & Growth team. If you have experience in B2B sales and are motivated to independently manage leads, build relationships, and close deals with confidence, then you’ve come to the right place.

As a Sales Manager (m/f/d), you will serve as the key link between strategy and execution. You will identify opportunities, manage the sales pipeline, drive acquisition efforts, and take ownership of customer communication and negotiations.

Areas of responsibility


  • Development and execution of structured B2B sales strategies

  • Active lead generation and qualification across multiple channels

  • Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships

  • Preparation and execution of sales pitches and closing meetings

  • Coordination with marketing and service teams to align messaging

  • Regular reporting on pipeline, KPIs, and revenue forecasts

Job requirements


  • Completed vocational training or a degree in business, sales, or a related field

  • Passion for sales, negotiations, and customer interaction

  • Ability to stick to structured plans while driving results

  • Independent, target-oriented way of working with resilience under pressure

  • High accuracy in CRM updates and pipeline management

  • Excellent German and ideally good English skills

  • Strong communication and presentation abilities, with confidence in closing deals

  • Team spirit combined with accountability for results
